Sollaug has extensive administrative experience. She was previously the Chief Organizational Officer at Agder Energi (now Å Energi), actively involved in improvement processes and strategic HR. Here, she also served as a board member in the corporate board, and she has broad board experience from several other companies and organizations. Sollaug has also experience from National Oilwell Varco (NOV), where she was responsible for the company’s competence fund and actively involved in development projects. She is also one of the co-founders of Orca Connex.

Andreas holds a bachelor’s degree in IT and Information Systems from the University of Agder and has completed a project management education at BI, Norwegian Business School. He has extensive experience in sales and has founded several companies despite his young age. Andreas is passionately committed to entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology, and he is one of the key co-founders of Orca Connex.

Hege has over 30 years of experience in engineering and product development. She was the Chief Technology Officer at National Oilwell Varco (NOV) for 11 years and was part of the leadership team in Houston, Texas. Hege holds a degree in mechanical engineering from NTH (now NTNU) and completed a Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2009. Hege is involved in several technology companies in Norway and also serves on the Portfolio Board for Petroleum at the Research Council of Norway.

Even holds an executive MBA from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He has studied business in Norway, Spain and Australia. Even has a broad financial background and has previously worked for DNB and DNB Markets. Now he is currently the chairman and founding partner of Oxidane Venture which invest in the intersection between water and technology, building the pioneering companies of tomorrow.
